What's your approach to AI strategy?

I believe AI success is 20% technology and 80% everything else: data foundations, organizational readiness, clear business objectives, and cultural alignment. My approach starts with understanding your business context and building from there.

Do you work with Sikich or independently?

I'm the Managing Director of Sikich's Data & AI Practice, but I also take on select independent advisory and speaking engagements. The best engagement model depends on your needs - we can discuss what makes sense for your situation.
